Our Do It London Outreach and Engagement Service

Do It London outreach team

As part of Do It London’s HIV prevention awareness campaign, our outreach and engagement team provide community-based HIV and sexual health testing services, free condoms and lube, and other prevention services for gay, bisexual, and men who have sex with men (GBMSM). The team offers information and service signposting about important health messages such as HIV/STI prevention, PrEP, PEP, vaccinations and HIV treatment. They also played a pivotal role in educating key communities about Mpox and the Mpox vaccination offer.

This service is provided by the GMI Partnership (comprising of METRO Charity, Positive East and Spectra) along with contract partners The Love Tank and Freedoms. Our team can be found in bars, clubs, saunas and some community events across London.

While the testing services is offered mainly to GBMSM, we aim to be fully inclusive of trans people and others with more diverse gender and sexual identities and those communities who may be at an increased risk of HIV.
